Individual Alert Subscription
•SMS to 565 to receive service menu
•Reply with 1-7 to choose your choice of alert
•Once you make a choice you will receive a message confirming the successful subscription. Incase you don’t have sufficient balance you will receive a message to recharge your account to avail the service
•You will have to individually subscribe to each alert incase of multiple alert’s subscription, you will be charged separately for each alert service
•This subscription will be automatically renewed every month, you will be notified about your subscription expiry date before monthly fee is deducted

Free Umra Ticket through Lucky Draw
During the month of Ramadan users who will subscribe to the above mentioned Alerts will enter a lucky draw to win two Umra tickets. The lucky draw will be held after Ramadan and two lucky winners will get Free Umra tickets. For each alert subscription user will have lucky draw entry. Please note that a certain customer can only win one Umra ticket through this competition.
