•Can I buy the daily bundle from my existing Jazz Packages?
No. The Jazz 24 Ghanta offer is available on separate tariff plan. To avail this offer, you first need to send as SMS to 676 to convert your package. Once converted, you can subscribe to the daily bundle by calling to 121 or by dialing *101*1*05# on any given day
•Can I use the daily bundle to call to other networks or PTCL numbers?
The minutes of this bundle will be available for On-net(all Mobilink numbers) calls only.
•How can I check whether my Bundle is still valid?
To check the validity of bundles:
Enter *101*2 # and press send
OR Simply dial 121, press 6, and then press 3
•How can I check the number of Minutes I still have left from my Bundle?
To check balance of Minutes & SMS left in your account:
Enter *101*2 # and press send
OR Simply dial 121, press 6, and then press 3
•How much will I be charged if I want to call once my bundle has either expired or finished?
You will be charged as per new package’s tariff rate for calls(0.75 paisa/30 sec).
•When will the Minutes of the Bundle be awarded?
Minutes will be awarded instantaneously upon subscription if you have the required balance in your account for the bundle.
•What will happen if I subscribe to a second bundle before the first finishes or expires?
In case of multiple subscriptions, number of Minutes of both of the bundles will be added together.
•Will my daily bundle still be usable if I switch to some other Jazz Package?
When you convert to a different Jazz package you will be able to avail the remaining Minutes in your bundle. However, you will not be able to subscribe to another Rs. 29 bundle once you migrate out of this new tariff plan.
•Can I still subscribe to the Daily SMS bundles?
Yes you can subscribe to daily SMS bundle on this new tariff plan
