How can I check my consumption of the Mobile Internet Bundle?
Users can dial *999# to check the bundle balance through USSD. The balance will update after end of every GPRS session.

Do I get to know when my bundle expires?
Bundle would expire on the date of expiry at midnight. An expiry SMS notification will also be sent to the customer

What happens in case I migrate my price plan with an active bundle?
The subscribed bundle would expire & the customer would have to re-subscribe again

What happens when a bundle expires during a session?
The session will continue and customers will be charged the default GPRS charges for volume consumed in addition to the allowed volume bucket i.e. 3MB for daily, 10MB for weekly, 45MB for monthly. In case the user does not have any balance in his monetary account his session would stop after bundle exhaustion. Subscribers would be sent an SMS notification on the exhaustion of the bundle.

What is the validity of the daily, weekly & monthly Bundle?
All Bundle would expire at midnight on the date of expiry. - Daily bundle will expire on the date of subscription - Weekly bundle will expire at midnight on the 7th day of subscription - Monthly bundle will expire at midnight on the 30th day of subscription If any of the above bundle is subscribed after 10:00pm then an extra day will be added to the validity of each bundle
