IDD & Other Rates
You can call your friends and family living abroad with Telenor's International Direct Dialing Service offered on your Telenor Persona subscription.

For IDD activation the minimum requirement is that your bill delivery address is verified and at least two invoices have been delivered to you.

After activation all you need to do is dial the relevant country code, area code and the telephone number you wish to call.

-The subscription access level is "International Direct Dialing (IDD)"
-Minimum credit limit required for IDD access level is Rs. 2,000
-Persona 100 Subscribers have to deposit Rs. 800 additional in their Refundable security deposit (1,200 + 800 = 2,000)
-Persona 500 Subscribers have to deposit Rs. 500 additional in their Refundable Security deposit (1,500 + 500 = 2,000)

Yes, there is a monthly fee of Rs. 100.

What is the validity of IDD bundle?
This bundle will remain valid for one month. The subscription will be automatically renewed every month, unless you unsubscribe it.

This bundle is available on Persona 100 and Persona 500 price plans.

How can I subscribe to IDD bundle?
You can call 345 or visit your nearest Telenor Sales & Service Center for activation.

Do I need to enhance my current credit limit to subscribe to IDD bundle?
Yes, if your current credit limit is less than Rs. 2,000, then you have to enhance this to Rs. 2,000 and also request to have your International Direct Dialing facility activated.

Do I have to subscribe to IDD Bundle every month?
No, once you subscribe it will become part of your subscription unless you unsubscribe it

What will happen if I use more than IDD bundle free minutes?
Your usage beyond bundle free minutes will be charged as per normal IDD rates

On how many countries is this bundle applicable?
IDD bundle offer free minutes to four countries. These are; USA, Canada, UK & Germany (Only landline for Germany & UK)

Can I unsubscribe to IDD bundle?
Yes, you can unsubscribe IDD bundle by calling 345

I am a subscriber on Free price plan. Can I subscribe to this bundle?
For Free subscriber we have "Money for Money" bundles which can be used for International Calls.

I have Special 5ive activated and I use it for International calls. Will my calls to international FnF be free with bundle?
Yes your calls to International FnF numbers will be free till your bundle minutes are not exhausted.

If there is a requirement to increase security deposit for Special 5ive then you will have to visit the nearest Telenor Sales & Service Center or enhance your deposit via scratch card and make the additional deposit. In case you visit the S&SC you will have to bring your CNIC as proof of your ownership of the subscription. You will also have to pick your day at the time of activation.

What is the billing pulse?
You will be billed on 30 seconds pulse

How can I chose my day?
To pick your own day for using 300 free telenor to telenor FnF minutes simply call 345

Is there any condition for using 300 free minutes?
You can use 300 FREE minutes on all calls you make on On-Net F&F numbers.
These minutes will be consumed only on your chosen day
If your chosen day is Sunday and you have our weekend add on activated, Special 5ive 300 minutes will not be applicable as all your calls on Sunday will already be free
Voice Add-On and Price Plan minutes will be consumed first

Which destinations numbers can I add to my F&F list?

In case of calls on International F&F, your free minutes will not be consumed and all calls will be charged at flat rate of 75 paisa per 30 seconds.

Is there any fair usage condition on Special 5ive?
No there is no fair usage condition so you can speak your heart out to your loved ones.

How can I create my F&F list?
To add FnF numbers, call 555. Otherwise you can write F&F and send to 345 and follow the instructions.

Do I need to increase my Credit Limit to subscribe to Special 5?
No, you do not need to enhance your credit limit for subscribing to Special 5ive.


Will I be able to make discounted calls on my F&F number while I am on roaming?
Once you are on International Roaming you will not be able to make discounted call on F&F numbers. Normal International Roaming charges shall apply while on roaming.

Yes, you can unsubscribe to Special 5 after your bill is generated. You can un subscribe by using the following two options:

Visit Telenor Sales & Service Center: You can visit your nearest Telenor Sales & Service Center and un-subscribe. You will have to bring your CNIC as proof of your ownership of the subscription.

Credit Limit Alerts
The subscription is suspended when 95% of credit limit is utilized.

Payment Policy
