If you subscribe to another SMS bundle, then SMS account will be updated with respective SMS count & validity, however Minutes account will remain unchanged.

No, all your international SMSs and calls will be charged at normal rates for international destinations.
What will happen to bundle, If I consume minutes before SMS or vice versa ?
-If you consume minutes before SMS, then you can continue using your Bonus SMS, however your Onnet calls will then be charged at normal rate of the price plan.
-If you consume SMS before minutes then you can continue using your Bonus minutes, however, your SMS will charged at normal SMS rate of the price plan.
