This FREE balance is applicable to all customers who make their first call from 21st may-09 irrespective of their sale date.

After deduction of 10% withholding tax and 5% admin fee a total of PKR 85.909 will be transferred to customer account. This balance is available till 30 days of first call.
3.Would the balance expire if customer changes his package from 789 default package to anyother?
No the Rs.85.91 would be available even if customer changes his package.
4.Where can the customer utilize the FREE balance?
FREE balance can be used to make calls/SMS/MMS to any network as well as GPRS browsing This FREE balance cannot be used to make “Balance Share” or to pay for daily or monthly deduction of packages like SMS bundles of zoom, happy hour etc

1All customers who made their First Call before 21st May-09 would be given the same facilities which were offered to them. The free balance will be awarded in three instalments:-
Rs.75 on activation which must be consumed within the first 30 days after the FCA,
Rs.50 will be awarded on the 31st days after FCA which must be consumed within 30 days.
Rs.25, will be awarded on the 61st days after FCA only if subscriber has made a minimum of Rs. 100 reload during the first 60th days after FCA. The Rs 25 must also be consumed within 30 days.
50 Free SMS or MMS to be consumed on the first 30 days. These are to be used for on-net SMS or MMS
The subscribers who did not reload their account within 90 days after FCA will be disabled on the 91st day and will have 15 days grace period for incoming calls only.
The free SMS or MMS become null & void if package is changed
