Following are the terms and conditions to be applicable and followed by participants:
1. The offer will last till May 15, 2010.
2. Each day, two winners will be announced through a computerized lucky draw which will be organized and supervised by wi-tribe’s officials to ensure that all participating customers have an equal chance.
3. In total, 60 laptops will be given away to the lucky winners.
4. This offer is valid for the contestants from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi only.
5. The laptops will be trendy and valuable but the ultimate selection will be of wi-tribe Pakistan.
6. The prizes shall not be exchangeable, transferable, redeemable or substituted for cash or otherwise, in all cases, whether in whole or part.
7. Prizes not claimed within 30 days will be automatically forfeited.
8. This competition is not open to employees, service providers, agencies and third party staff/facilitators of wi-tribe or any person directly or indirectly involved in the running of this competition.
9. The winners will be notified by phone call or email. wi-tribe shall reserve the right to nullify any winner or substitute any winner if found disqualified at any stage.
10. By entering the competition the winner(s) agree(s) to participate in such promotional activity and material as wi-tribe may require.
11. wi-tribe ’s decision on any matter relating to this competition shall be final and binding upon all stakeholders. wi-tribe will not enter into any discussion or negotiation resulting from its decision. By participating in this competition the participant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
12. wi-tribe shall reserve the right to amend these terms & conditions at its sole discretion without any notice.
13. These terms and conditions are not intended to create any binding legal obligations, duties or consequences contractual or otherwise on wi-tribe; but only set out the terms and conditions of this offer. Such terms and conditions are not legally enforceable and may not therefore be made the subject of litigation as they are binding in honor only.
